Refund Policy At Metroland Milestones all attempts are made to assure the highest quality of delivery and service possible. In a change of heart, full refunds will be issued for purchased notices, if you contact us in person, or in writing within three business days of submission of your order, if your notice has not been printed in the newspaper. In the event of a technical difficulty, or major unscheduled server outage, we can issue a full refund or extend the notice of your ad for the equivalent of the duration of the difficulty. In the event of a mistake in your ad, as a result of a typesetting error on our part, or as a result of a technical posting problem, we will issue a full refund or extend the ad for the length of time the problem persisted. If submitting your notice over the Internet it is the responsibility of the submitter to make sure there are no mistakes in the ad - although every attempt will be made to make sure there are no spelling mistakes or grammatical errors in each ad before printing them in the newspaper or posting them to the Internet.
